We strive to deliver every order placed on workdays before 15:00 on the following workday.

On the website, only articles that are in stock and can be delivered immediately can be ordered.
This way, you can be certain that your order will be sent out. We do not accept back orders.

When your order is ready to be sent, you will automatically receive a message by e-mail with a copy of your packing slip as well as your invoice. When your order is picked up by the package delivery service, you automatically receive a message by e-mail with the tracking number, so you can follow your order.

We ship by various package delivery services: UPS, DHL, POST and DPD.

When you have placed an order on a workday before 15:00, the order will often be delivered to you on the following day.
Be sure that you’re able to receive the order when you place it.
The order will be brought to the delivery address you indicated at the time of your purchase on two sequential days by our package delivery service.
If the order is not received on either of these days, then you must collect your order from the delivery service’s designated pick-up depot.
